The following terms and conditions for Swift Transport Solutions are designed to protect our client as well as our company .in order to insure that we provide you and your guest with an exceptional and finest quality service we provide and you deserve, we recommend and ask you to read carefully these terms and conditions before you singe this agreement bellow:
Swift transport solutions assume no responsibility for personal belongings left in any of our vehicles or properties during or after service has been rendered.
Cancelation policy: A cancelation fee equal to 100% of the total trip cost, including gratuity, will be charged to the credit card on file for any cancellation that is made less than 2 hours for the sedan; less than 8 hours for the SUV and less 24 hours for any high capacity vehicle before scheduled pick up time. All cancelations before these specific times will reimburse 50% of the balance due. However; once an online reservation has been received and an email confirmation of said reservation has been returned to the client. The total number hours of limousine service cannot be reduced. If your limousine service ends early for any reason, you will be charged for the total amount specified in the original booking form given to swift transport solutions by the client. Weddings, proms and quinceneras require a two (2) week cancelation notification prior to contracted event date. Large groups for wine tours and spatial events have a 24 hour cancelation policy.
No show policy : A no show fee equal to 100% of the total trip cost, including gratuity, is charged to the credit card on file, if the client fails to show at the designated location for which a scheduled reservation has been made. This includes any cancelations after a chauffeur has reached or is in route to a reservation’s location.
Deposit policy: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for any confirmed resevation for the amount of $600.00 or more.
Reservation &payment policy: Reservations may be booked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our web site’s online reservation-booking form. Any reservations, changes, or cancelations may also be made by calling 1-888-865-3090, 703-544-7071 or 202-257-2928. All reservations are accepted 24 hours in advance and subject to availability. Swift transport solutions recommend and suggest that the client provides names, number to all passengers.
Swift Transport Solutions accept all major credit cards (American express, discover, master card and visa) and agreed upon payment method and must be on file prior to reservation. A credit card in file is not considered payment in full until the charges have been accepted by swift transport solutions services ‘bank and failure to make payment in full 7 days of the contracted start time , if conditions allow, will negate the contract between swift transport solutions and the client . All unpaid balances will be subject to collections from the client’s bank account and finance charge, which will be computed on the average daily balance at monthly rate of 3.50% (annual rate of 42%) .The credit card on file, will be used for all charges, unless otherwise indicated. A minimum 20% gratuity will added to all services unless otherwise indicated in writing in the contract. Charges will reflect costs incurred while performing transportations services for reservations placed with swift transport solutions by the client, its agents, and any individuals requesting transportation as an authorized employee of the client and will reflect costs including but not limited to the trip charges, tolls, parking and gratuity. Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original reservation agreement .overtime is charged in one (1) hour increments and begins fifteen (15) minutes into the hour. The time of limousine ends when all passengers and belongings are removed from the vehicle and this last is clear to drive off.
Subcontracting policy: Swift Transport Solutions reserve the right to subcontract any limousine service booked and confirmed with Swift Transport Solutions to our affiliate should the need arise. Swift transport solutions also reserve the right to supply the credit card information, submitted with the reservation, with said affiliate limousine companies to cover the cost of limousine service. Swift Transport Solutions also reserve the right to substitute the limousine or the color of the vehicle at its own discretion.
No food, flowers or smoking policy: All of our vehicles are non-smoking. Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicle(s).if smoking does occur , client will be charged a $200.00fee .no transporting or eating of food in allowed in our cehicles.$150.00-$350.00 fumigations/cleaning fee are charged if food enters the vehicle . No flowers or floral arrangement are allowed in our vehicles. $150.00-350.00 fumigation/cleaning fee are charged if flowers enter any of our vehicles.
Luggage lost and found policies: In order to protect the vehicle and passengers from harm or damage, the luggage is to be loaded and unloaded only by the driver/chauffeur. Clients and/or guests who damage the vehicle by loading/unloading the luggage without chauffeur assistance are liable for repair of all damages. Sift Transport Solutions or its drivers/chauffeurs are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Swift Transport Solutions will make all possible attempts to retrieve and return.
Special amenities and other policies :client agrees that no illegal drugs will be used , transported or consumed in any of our vehicles .our highly trained chauffeurs provide ice, soft drinks and bottled water for all passengers and if requested ahead of time ,your choice of a bottle of champagne or wine. Client agrees that any passenger under 21 years of age shall not consume alcoholic beverages. Swift transport solutions also recommend and strongly suggest the use of seat belts while the vehicle is in motion. Clients agree that the passenger capacity of any vehicle provided shall not be exceeded. In case of any misconduct or drug use by client or their party, or if the chauffeur feels threatened , the chauffeur has the right to terminate limousine service and this agreement without and refunds and stop all passengers of at the nearest safe locations, notify the dispatcher and if necessary the authorities. Clients hold swift transport solutions harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of client and /or their party and is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by client or their part during service, either willfully or accidentally, therefore, any actions that cause damage on our vehicle(s) can result in extra charge, at least $75.00 or more beside a minimum replacement fee of $50.00 for anything missing, lost or stolen inside the vehicle.
A $200.00 minimum clean up fee is charged if anyone gets sick and vomits on the inside or outside the vehicle, however, if the carpet should be removed because the vomit cannot be completely removed , the client should be responsible the all the replacement costs .
If the passengers are minors, the divider stays open and a phone number(s) of one or more of the minors’ parents must be provided to the driver prior to the start of the service. If any underage drinking or dug use occurs, the service will be terminated immediately with no refund. The minors will be returned to the original pick up location and parents will be called beside the dispatcher and if necessary the authorities.
Litigations and waivers: If a provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void. Or any unenforceable reason, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of and remaining provisions. Regardless of the place of this agreement, the client agrees that any disputes arising from this contract will be litigated or arbitrated on Fairfax county, Virginia .in the event of any legal action is taken by either party against the other party to enforce any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, it is agreed that the unsuccessful party to such action shall pay to the prevailing party therein all the court costs, reasonable attorneys’ fees, and expenses. This agreement is governed and constructed in accordance with the law of the state of Virginia, USA.
Whenever one party agrees to waive its right to enforce any term of this agreement, it does not waive its right to enforce such term or any or all other terms of this agreement at any other time. Swift transport solutions does not guarantee arrival at or departure from any point at a specific tome due to circumstances beyond its control such as breakdowns ,storms, traffic and road conditions, etc. and shall not be held liable for claims resulting in delays from such conditions.
Swift transport solutions cannot be held responsible for delays or inconveniences due to unknown and/or unforeseen mechanical failures or any situations deemed as “acts of god.” Swift transport solutions reserve the right to substitute the contracted vehicle in the event of such an occurrence mentioned above with a vehicle of like kind and quality. Client waives all claims for consequential damages and agrees that liability shall be limited to the costs accrued to swift transport solutions for the disputed service and any downtime will be prorated according to the contracted rate.
Swift transport solutions and client each agree to defend, indemnify ,and hold harmless the other party from and against all claims ,actions or causes of action, liabilities ,including reasonable attorneys’ fees .and costs arising from the defense of any claim, action ,cause of action or liabilities arising out of or resulting from any act taken or committed by swift transport solutions services or client pursuant to the performance of each party ‘s obligations hereunder . Swift Transport Solutions and client each agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party for any claim, action, and cause of action, or liabilities which may be asserted by third parties arising out of the performance of either party obligations pursuant to this contract, except for the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the other party.
I agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement .I declare that I’m over age of eighteen(18) and I sign with full agreement and understanding of the terms and conditions above and I accept full responsibility for other persons in my party .
The client will be also assessed all of the following surcharges for losses/damages to the vehicle when in use for any of the following:
*broken and/or missing glass wear…………………………………………………………………………………………………………… $15.00 each

*damaged /ripped and /or burnt interior ……………………………………………………………. $350.00 minimum
*spillage or vomit (no orange or tomato juice)……………………….…………………………… $350.00 minimum
*extra cleaning or motor limos……………………………………………………………………………………………………$530.00 minimum
*cleaning and reconditioning caused by sand, mud, food flowers and smoking…………………………………………………..$150.00minimum
In addition to that; the client is obligated for the cost of lost revenue, if any repairs require the vehicle to be taken out of service, at a minimum of $350.00 a day.
